Hitta.se purchases Itsperfect, a local booking platform for the beauty industry.
Hitta.se, a Stockholm, Sweden-based company managing a local portal directory, announced the acquisition of Itsperfect, a Swedish booking management system for the beauty industry.
The financial details of the transaction remain undisclosed.
Itsperfect, founded in 1990 and led by CEO Dick Wretlind, developed a software solution for administration and booking for hairdressing salons. The company profitably manages a yearly sales inflow of around SEK 18M ($2.2M), with 3,000 customers which implemented the solution since founding.
Hitta.se, led by CEO Alexander Hannerland, started as a search engine back in 2004 and then became one of the leading local directory in Sweden. The company was owned by media group Schibsted, which in 2017 divested its 90.2% ownership to London-based investment company Sprints Capital Management, and to firm's management, Alexander Hannerland and Stefan Tocca. Hitta.se is managed by Hittapunkts AB, has around 140 employees and in 2016 had revenues of SEK 257M ($32M).
