Holded raised a €15 million Series B funding round led by VC firm Elaia, together with Lakestar, Nauta Capital and SeedRocket.
Holded, a Barcelona, Spain-based software developer for small companies, announced completing a €15 million ($18M) Series B funding round.
The money was raised from investors led by France-based VC Elaia and included participations from Lakestar, Nauta Capital and SeedRocket.
The proceeds of the investment will be used to improve the company's product and to hire more people.
Holded, founded 2016 by Bernat Ripoll and Javi Fondevila, aims to develop the next gen of ERPs for the small and medium companies.
The software solution covers an organisation's entire business operations, including invoicing, accounting, sales, project management, inventory management and HR, and which are available in one place. The company says that its tools have been used by 80k users since the launch.
Previously, Holded raised €6 million in 2019.
