Holded, a Barcelona, Spain-based software developer for small companies, was acquired by the Norwegian software company Visma.
According to local media sources, the deal's value is north of €120 million ($143M).
Holded raised a total of $26 million, with a series B round of €15 million closed at the beginning of 2021. Investors included Elaia, Lakestar, Nauta Capital and SeedRocket.
Holded, founded 2016 by Bernat Ripoll and Javi Fondevila, aims to develop the next gen of ERPs for the small and medium companies.
The software solution covers an organisation's entire business operations, including invoicing, accounting, sales, project management, inventory management and HR, and which are available in one place. The company says that its tools have been used by 80k users since the launch.
