Hostaway raises €700,000 in funding for a property management solution for rentals.
Hostaway, a Helsinki, Finland-based company providing a software platform for managing short term rental properties, announced raising €700k ($865k) in an investment round. The name of the backers remain undisclosed.
Hostaway, founded in 2015 by Marcus Rader, Mikko Nurminen and Saber Kordestanchi, developed a software solution for short-term vacation rental management. The solution integrates easily with platforms inlcuding Airbnb, Booking.com, HomeAway, and Expedia, providing property managers with a managing tool for multiple short-term rental providers in a single place.
Prior to this, Hostaway raised about $180k in equity funding and received a grant from the Finnish state via Business Finland (formerly known as Tekes). The company has offices in Helsinki, Toronto, and Barcelona.
