Huddly raises $10M in Series B investment.
Huddly, an Oslo, Norway and Palo Alto, USA startup building a computer-vision software platform for video collaboration, announced raising $10M in series B round.
The round, which was oversubscribed in 10 days, was led by existing lead investors and a number of other private and institutional investors, bringing the total equity raised by Huddly to $20 million. Pareto Securities AS acted as financial advisor to the company.
Huddly, founded as Kubicam in 2014 and led by CEO Thomas C. Holst, develops an intelligent software-upgradable platform that powers the world’s smallest and most powerful video collaboration camera - Huddly GO.
The financing will be used to fund Huddly’s global launch of Huddly GO, the intelligent video camera for team collaboration powered by their world leading computer-vision software. Huddly will also accelerate their smart feature roadmap, fueled and co-created through an interactive fan-based customer pre-launch program.
