Hudya acquired SEQR Group.

Hudya, an Oslo, Norway-based company providing mobile services within multiple verticals such as insurance, telecom or banking, announced that it acquired the Swedish fintech company Seqr.

The acquisition has the financial details undiscolsed and is financed by an international financing institution.

Hudya, founded in 2016 and led by CEO Børge Leknes,  built a digital platform providing services for both individuals and businesses in verticals including mobile, electricity, insurance and refinancing.

Seqr is a Stockholm, Sweden-based startup working on a mobile payment application. The company was acquired in 2018 by Glase, another Stockholm startup working on the mobile payment services space for SEK 8M ($900k).
