Indentive raises SEK 10M, aims for public listing.
Indentive, a Linköping, Sweden-based software company, annunced it raised SEK 10M ($1.13M) in a private investment round.
The money comes from a group of 60 private investors and will be used for aggresive expansion, as the company intends to seek listing on the public market in the near future.
Indentive, founded in 2011 and led by CEO Lars-Thomas Rasmussen and chairman Mikael Hult, provides a software service that connects all the IOT gadgets on a single platform. The company works closely with ISPs to provide end users an extra box next to the router and which connects gadgets via an app.
