Inderes announced the acquisition of Flik Media Group.

Inderes Oy, a Helsinki, Finland-based provider of researh for stock market, announced getting into an agreement to acquire the entire share capital of FLIK Media Group Oy.

The financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.

The combined entity has a turnover of more than EUR 6.5 million and employs more than 40 professionals in the areas of equity analysis, community building, software development and video production.

The acquisition will also include the transfer of Inderes' three-person office in Stockholm, as well as Struu, a member of the Flik Media Group, and Struu, a growth company developing video platforms for VideoSync. Together with the technology platform developed by the Inderes technology team, these are the seeds for new growth start-ups in the coming years. The companies will combine technology development activities and FLIK's video production operations will continue as an independent subsidiary as part of Inderes.

Inderes was founded in 2014 and is led by CEO Mikael Rautanen.

Flik Media Group, founded in 2002 and led by CEO Janne Vainionpää, is a digital video agency, specialized in high-end livestreams, online event planning and webcasts, creative video production and post production services and content distribution.
