Infotjenester was acquired by Ferd.

Infotjenester, an Oslo (Sarpsborg), Norway-based HR software developer announced getting into an agreement for being acquired by the Norwegian investment company Ferd.

The financial details were not disclosed. Founder Bjørn Petter Garder continues as a minority owner and still contributes on the owner side.

At the same time, Infotjenester announced that it will change its name to Simployer in 2020.

Infotjenester, founded in 1985 and led by managing director Thorfinn Hansen, is one of the leading providers of HR technology in Norway.
