Instalco announced the acquisition of Rörtema

Instalco, a Stockholm, Sweden-based end-to-end industrial solution provider , announced that it acquired Rörtema i Nyköping AB, a provider of heating & plumbing installations in Södermanland, Östergötland and Stockholm.

The deal has the financial details undisclosed, and was made for 100% of the shares, acquired from the company's founder and CEO Thomas Persson.

Rörtema i Nyköping AB, founded in 2001, specializes in heating & plumbing installations along with other services, such as welding, forging and process pipework. The company currently has 30 employees and had sales for the 2017/2018 financial year of approximately SEK 45 million. Its many customers include SSAB, Scania, Coca-Cola, Unilever, Spendrups and Catena.
