Invesdor secured EUR 1M.

Invesdor, a Helsinki, Finland-based company managing a marketplace for equity crowdfunding campaigns, secured 969.540 EUR ($1.1M) in capital investment.

The money values the company at EUR 20M and comes as a result of a crowdfuning campaign that closed in June 2018.

Invesdor, founded in Finland in 2012 and led by CEO Lasse Mäkelä, operates an online investment platform that connects ambitious European growth companies with investors worldwide.

The company has 36,800 registered users from 151 countries and completed successfully 115 funding rounds totalling EUR 52.6m (including 6 IPOs).
