Joone secured a €10 million Series B investment led by Vaultier7.

Joone, a Paris, France-based producer of hygiene and cosmetics for baby and mother-care, announced that it completed a €10M ($11.8M) series B investment round.

The round was led by UK-based VC Vaultier 7 and included contributions from Alven. Money will be used to accelerate its development in Europe, expand its range of cosmetic products for women and roll-out Doorz, its Blockchain traceability platform and latest innovation, to all its cosmetic products in Europe,

Joone, founded in 2017 and led by CEO Carole Juge-Llewellyn, produces 100% clean and eco-conscious alternatives for infant-care and mother-care products ranging from diapers to derma-cosmetics.

The company claims that the diapers do not contain any chlorine or latex, lotion or perfume, phthalates, parabens or pesticides, while its skin care is plant-based. Joone sells four million diapers a month, shipped in 23 European countries, and expects a turnover of €20M at the end of 2020.
