Kitt raised $5 million in a funding round led by Barclay Ventures.
Kitt, a London, Uk-based startup building a B2B real estate marketplace, announced completing a $5 million capital funding round.
The money was raised from investors from London led by Barclay Ventures, an investment vehicle founded by Andrew Barclay together with Graeme Humphreys, a former Director at Blackstone. Angel investor Andreas Wiele, former CEO of Axel Springer Digital, also contributed to the round.
Kitt, founded in 2018 by Lucy Minton and Steve Coulson, developed a real estate digital marketplace that connects landlords with tenants directly, with the aim to provide a fully customizable workspace solution.
The company operates via a digital tool providing a VR-based access to the spaces for sales facilitating, and via a mobile app available for clients looking to benefit from perks including app-based entry systems, remote receptionists and security systems. Landlords can also offer a managed service to tenants, who can contract other suppliers through Kitt’s platform.
Kitt works with customers including Oatly, Nested and PZ Cussons Beauty.
