Kivra Oy sets up shop as a joint venture between Kivra Sweden and Telia

Kivra Oy is an Espoo, Finland-based startup set up as a joint venture between Kivra Sweden and Telia.

The company will provide similar services as the mother company in Sweden, namely a secure digital mailbox replacing physical/postal letters and invoices in Finland.

The amount invested in the company totals SEK 20M ($2.2M), of which 70 percent comes from Kivra AB and 30 percent from Telia, with the joint ownership divided in the same way with the hope of bringing in new investors.
