Klinikk for Alle was acquired by Litorina
Klinikk for Alle (KFA), a Stavanger, Norway-based provider of physical manual therapy treatments, announced that it entered into an agreement for selling the major equity package in the company to the Swedish private equity company Litorina.
The financial details of the deal were not disclosed. The acquisition is done in partnership with KFA’s key management and therapists, which remain as significant co-owners.
Klinikk for Alle, founded in 1996 by Jan Rune Austad and led by CEO Oscar Maaseide, is a provider of physical manual therapy treatments in Norway, performing around 425,000 treatments per year across its 30 clinics, and with a turnover of approximately NOK 300 million ($34M).
