Koivua Oy launches OGOship, raises money to expand.

OGOship, a Vantaa, Finland-based startup providing a SAAS managing logistics for ecommerce companies, announced closing an undisclosed investment round.

The money will be used to accelerate the international growth of the company and the backers include local angel investors Reima Linnanvirta, Janne Jormalainen and Ali Omar.

OGOship is the new international name for NettiVarasto, a Finnish brand name operated by Koivua Oy, a Vantaa, Finland-based company that developed a software solution for the online shops. The company, managed by CEO Timo Toivonen, develped a solution that handles the physical distribution of goods of any online business in an easy and transparent way.
