kompany, a Vienna, Austria-based RegTech operator provider of Global Business Verification and Business KYC solutions, announced that it completed a capital funding round.

The money was provided by investors including Uniqa Ventures, Elevator Ventures and European Super Angels Club (ESAC).The money will be used to strengthen the company's AI capabilities and blockchain based services.

kompany, founded in 2012 by Russell E. Perry (CEO), built a RegTech platform for Global Business Verification and Business KYC providing audit-proof, primary source and time stamped company information in real-time, covering more than 110 million companies in 200+ countries and jurisdictions. The solution combines Artificial Intelligence (AI), robotic process automation and blockchain technology to deliver next generation Business KYC solutions. The service simplifies and audit-proofs business verification and client onboarding for financial institutions, insurance companies, corporations and FinTechs.
