Kompetera was acquired by Advania.

Advania, a Stockholm, Sweden-based systems integrator, announced the completion of the acquisition of the Danish IT company Kompetera, which specializes in IT infrastructure, integration and Managed Services.

Financial details of the transaction remained undisclosed.

Kompetera A/S, founded in 2004 and led by CEO Carsten Weis, provides stable IT operations through Infrastructure and Integration and Managed Services. The company's offering is divided into three areas: products, services and solutions, supported by 27 employees.

Advania, led by CEO Mikael Noaksson, is a Nordic IT corporation, operating in 27 locations in Sweden, Iceland, Norway, Denmark and Finland.
