Lang.ai raised $10.5 million in a Series A funding round led by Nava Ventures
Lang.ai, a Madrid, Spain and San Francisco, USA-based software startup, raised a $10.5 milllion series A funding round.
The money was raised from investors led by Nava Ventures, and joined by Oceans Ventures, Forum, Flexport Fund, as well as angel investors Mike Murchison (CEO of Ada), Joaquim Lecha (CEO of Typeform) and Javier Mata (CEO of Yalo).
Lang.ai, founded in 2018 by CEO Jorge Peñalva, Enrique Fueyo, Borja González and Basil Polsonetti, developed a customer interface solution that integrates with platforms such as Zendesk or Salesforce by automating time-consuming manual tasks like tagging, prioritization and routing. The platorm is designed to be very accessible to non-technical people, called “Citizen NLP Builders”), with roles ranging from customer service operations to marketers, business analysts and UX designers. Customers include Stitch Fix, Ramp, Hippo Insurance, and Freshly.
Lang.ai previously raised $2 million in 2021.
