Lasso X adds $2M as capital increase and JP/Politikens Hus as investor in the company.

LassoX, a Copenhagen, Denmark-based company providing data analysis and software about ownership structure for the Danish companies, announced securing DKK 12M ($2M) in capital investment. The money comes from Danish media group JP/Politikens Hus.

LassoX, founded in 2012 under the name Hubster and led by CEO Jakob Benediktson, developed a software platform that provides information about Danish businesses by leveraging the data from Danish open public databases like CVR, Tinglysning, Debt databases, People databases.

The ownership structure after the transaction is as follows:
