Lawbotics adds $500k in angel investment

Lawbotics, an Oslo, Norway-based company developing legal software as a service solutions, secured NOK 4M ($490k) in an angel investment round. The money comes from new and existing investors including Silvija Seres and Christian Printzell Halvorsen.

Lawbotics, founded in 2017 and led by CEO Merete Nygaard, launched in closed beta its first product, Lexolve, which is a legal document flow system. The product sells for NOK 100k ($12k) a month and is already in use by custmers including Telia, Schibsted and Bing Hodneland.

Prior to this deal, Lawbotics raised NOK 2.2M ($280k) in funding in 2017.
