Left or Right was acquired by Wellstreet.

Left Or Right, a Stockholm, Sweden-based startup working to provide a mobile application for simple consumer polling, was acquired by Wellstreet.

Following the deal, two of the company's founders, Sofi Fahrman and Maryam Ghahremani, will act as advisors to Wellstreet.

The transaction, which has financial terms undisclosed, was made for the acquisition of the technology, as the company was not profitable and was lacking customers. In 2017, Left or Right recorded losses of SEK 500k ($56k)

The company, which was founded in 2016 and led by CEO Sofi Fahrman, had raised 230k in funding from investors including Gustav Söderström, Lobus Invest, Ludvig Linge and Sophia Bendz.
