Life X announced a $8.3M funding round from Cherry Ventures and Founders.
Life X, a Copenhagen, Denmark-based company operating a real estate business based on providing co-living spaces, announced the completion of a EUR 7.5M ($8.3M) capital investment round.
The funding was backed by existing investors, the German investment company Cherry Ventures and the Danish startup incubator Founders, and included a variety of European angel investors such as David Helgason, Hampus Jakobsson, Sophia Bendz, and Evan Darr. The USA-based TriplePoint Capital also contributed with an undisclosed amount of venture debt.
LifeX, founded in 2017 by husband and wife Sune Theodorsen and Ritu Jain, provides co-living apartments aimed for young professionals moving to a new city. The company operates 50 co-living homes in Copenhagen, Berlin, London, Paris, Munich and Vienna and has around 300 members.
At the end of 2018, Life X raised an early funding round totalling $4.6M.
