MediQuo in a €2.3 million round from Encomenda Smart Capital fund, Dozen and angel investors from Spain.
MediQuo, a Barcelona, Spain-based startup operating a mobile app for medical consultations, announced the completion of €2.3 million ($2.7M) in capital investment.
The money was raised from new and existing investors including the Encomenda Smart Capital fund and the investment platform Dozen Investments (formerly The Crowd Angel).
MediQuo, founded in 2017 by CEO Guillem Serra, José López and Albert Castells, provides acess to a mobile platform for medical consultations.
The company has closed agreements with major pharmaceutical companies, insurers, private hospitals and the public administration, both in Spain and Latin America, as well as large and small companies to offer mediQuo as a benefit for employees.
MediQuo previously raised €4.5 million in financing, with €2 million announced in 2020.
