Miinto announced raising DKK 149M from existing investors

Miinto, a Copenhagen, Denmark-based online fashion retailer, completed a capital raised of DKK 149M ($25M).

The money was secured from existing investors, including Anders Holch Povlsen, in a deal that was closed at the end of 2020.

Miinto, Miinto, founded in 2009 and led by CEO Konrad Kierklo, built an ecommerce platform connecting online shoppers, boutiques, and brands in 13 European markets - offering online customers the opportunity to shop directly from 1.800 independent fashion stores, all gathered in a single platform.

The company employs 200 people at its head office in Copenhagen as well as regional offices in Oslo, Amsterdam, Warsaw, Paris, Hamburg, Milan, London and Madrid.
