Miltton Group purchases creative agency Cassius, adds it to its group.

Miltton Group, a Helsinki, Finland-based group providing management consulting services, announced getting into agreement to merge with Finnish creative agency Cassius.

The financial details of the deal remain undisclosed.

Cassius was founded in 2013 by Erkko Mannila, a long-time Finnish media and marketing influencer.

Miltton, established in 2001, is a consulting group that produces, develops and improves the efficiency of leadership, communications, marketing and networks across society. The group is owned by CEO Mathias Järnström, chairman of the board Jorma Ollila and several employee shareholders. In 2017, Miltton Group’s turnover reached EUR 23 million, up 20 per cent on the previous year.
