Monsido raised $16.9 Million funding by Level Equity and Vækstfonden

Monsido, a Danish company relocated in San Diego, USA, announced the completion of a $16.9 million capital investment round.

The funding was backed by American investor Level Equity and existing investor, Danish state-owned agency Vækstfonden.

The company will use the new capital to continue to develop its platform and expand in North American, EU, and Asia-Pacific markets.

Monsido, founded at the end of 2014 by  Jannik Grøntved (managing director), Jacob Riff, Thomas Lagerbon Christensen and Tim Leth Warberg, developed an all-in-one web governance platform helps organizations optimize their website by scanning for quality assurance, content, SEO, and accessibility issues. The company has offices in the United States, Australia, and Denmark.

Prior to this round, Monsido raised money at the end of 2018 from Vækstfonden.
