Monterro acquires CRM expert Lundalogik

Monterro purchases the software company Lundalogik AB. Lundalogik is one of the leading suppliers of CRM and sales support in the Nordic’s. The company is acquired from Bisnode. The investment is made in partnership with the management team at Lundalogik.

Lundalogik has shown high growth since the beginning. The 2013 turnover is approx. SEK 100 million with a profit of around SEK 20 million.

– As a leading CRM supplier in the Nordic region, we have the opportunity to grow on an expanding market. Monterro has the ability to help us expand further thanks to their experience from software companies, says Erik Syrén, CEO at Lundalogik.

Monterro is the majority shareholder in this new constellation where the management of Lundalogik also have a significant ownership.

– We strongly believe in our business model and our future. It was not a difficult decision to invest in Lundalogik when the opportunity was given. We are very excited to become partners with Monterro, says Erik Syrén.
