Multi Tower Robot is a EUR 1M investment spinoff of the Danish Blue Ocean Robotics.

Blue Ocean Robotics, an Odense, Denmark robotics company announced an investment of EUR 1M in a spinoff company, Multi Tower Robot.

Multi Tower Company develops robots that help healthcare personnel with transfer and rehabilitation of patients. Multi Tower Company does so to increase quality-of-care, resource utilization and general welfare development of the healthcare sector.

The Multi Tower Company will be led by Arnd Baurichter and will design and manufacture its first version of the Multi Tower Robot - a collapsible, multi-functional Multi Tower Robots aimed to replace the existing stationary overhead lifts in hospitals and in adult day care. The prototype, the concept and the business model were developed in close collaboration with one of Multi Tower's potential future customers, University Hospital in Køge.
