Muninn raised a new capital funding round backed by PreSeed Ventures and Luminar Ventures.

Muninn, a Copenhagen, Denmark-based cybersecurity startup, completed a new equity round closed at €2.5 million ($2.5 million).

The money was raised from investors from Sweden Luminar Ventures, joined by existing shareholders from Pre SEED Ventures.

Muninn, founded as wehowsky in 2016 by CEO Andreas Frederik Wehowsky, developed a network monitoring and intrusion detection system called MUNINN, which detects cyber threats in near real time by looking for suspicious anomalies in computer networks.

The company previously raised funding in 2019 and in 2021.
