Neverthink grabs $1.3M for an online video entertainment aggregator for teenagers.
Neverthink, a Helsinki, Finland-based startup that provides an online video aaggregator platform, raised $1.3M in fresh investment funding.
The backers include Reaktor Ventures, Tekes, Superhero Capital and Northzone and the round was made at a $10M company valuation.
Neverthink, founded at the end of 2016 by Aviv Junno and Claus Nurro, started as a pet project of a basic site that automatically aggregated content from Reddit and YouTube.
At the end of 2016, the founders received a seed investment of $100k from Reaktor in order to transform the site in a business, by developing a learning content management system that optimises the playlists of each channel constantly based on quantitative user feedback.
