Nextagenda, a Copenhagen, Denmark-based provider of data-driven services within Business Intelligence (BI) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM), announced that it was acquired by the Japanese from Konica Minolta.

Financial details of the deal were not disclosed.

Nextagenda, founded in 2014 by Mads Rørdam and Morten Wesenberg, provides services within business intelligence, advanced analytics, data warehousing, machine learning, IoT and CRM. Nextagenda is a certified Microsoft Gold Partner on data analytics and cloud platform. The company has offices in Copenhagen and Aarhus.
