Nory to raise a pre-seed round of €1.6 million led by Cavalry Ventures and Playfair Capital

Nory, a Dublin, Ireland-based SAAS startup developing a restaurant management tool, announced closing a €1.6 million ($1.9M) capital funding round.

The money was raised from investors led by Cavalry Ventures and Playfair Capital, joined by Enterprise Ireland and undisclosed angel investors from Europe and the US.

Nory, founded in 2020 by CEO Conor Sheridan, developed a software tool for restaurant operators that uses AI and automation for management staffing, inventory and marketing campaigns. The product is built so that it is capable to support restaurant teams by learning and predicting the needs of the business and helping them execute operations more effectively.
