Ondorse in a €2.4 million preseed funding round backed by Eurazeo and Isai.

Ondorse, a Paris, France-based software startup developing a no-code platform used for business identity verification, announced completing a pre-seed funding round closed at €2.4 million ($2.6M).

The money was raised locally from France from investors led by Eurazeo with the participation of Isai and a business angels including Pierre-Antoine Dusoulier (Ibanfirst), Olivier Godement (Stripe) and Philippe de Passorio (Adyen).

Ondorse, founded at the end of 2021 by Florent Robert and Aymeric Boëlle, developed a software tool that streamlines the customer onboarding and monitoring processes and orchestrating multiple sources and services for business identity verification checks. It is a single no-code platform where customers can set up workflows and access a general compliance dashboard, connecting with different sources or services (e.g. Onfido for identity verification, ComplyAdvantage for AML and PEP checks, official company registers for UBOs) and following certain rules implemented by the compliance department.
