One Agency was acquired by Stella Capital

One Agency, Stockholm and Malmö, Sweden-based IT consulting compan, announced that it was acquired by private equity firm Stella Capital.

Financial details were not disclosed.

Alf Metelius, Partner at Stella Capital, will take over as the new Chairman of the Board of One Agency.

One Agency, founded in 2008 and led by CEO Paulina Illman Lindfeldt, is an IT consulting company with specialists in system development, IT management, and digitization. The company currently has approximately 60 FTEs. Customers include companies ranging from small scale-ups to multinational groups.
