Onepilot raised €15 million in Series A round led by Otium Capital, joined by Cap Horn, First Bridge Ventures and Global Founders Capital.

Onepilot, a Paris, France-based developer of a customer service SAAS, raised series A equity round in a deal closed at €15 million ($15.9M).

The money was raised from investors led by Otium Capital, and joined by Cap Horn, First Bridge Ventures and Global Founders Capital,

Proceeds will be used for business growth and international expansion outside France and the UK, starting with Germany and Spain this summer and with the rest of Europe following soon after.

Onepilot, founded in 2020 by CEO Adrien Hugon, Kenza El Ghadouini, Lucas Bornert, Robin Monnier and Pierre Latscha, developed a software solution aiming to help both large corporates and SMEs with a ticketing system for providing a fast, human response to customer support at all times, 24/7. The company says that their solution allows agents to handle even the most complex of issues in a matter of minutes, increase a company’s sales by up to 20%, and halve their average response time.

Onepilot also has paying customers - 40 clients including Respire, Blissim and Les Raffineurs. It was previously seeded in 2021 in a $3 million round from investors including GFC, Kima Ventures, and angel investors Thomas Rebaud (Founder & CEO of Meero), Roxanne Varza (Director of Station F), Fredrik Hjelm (Founder & CEO of Voi) and Baptiste Corval (Founder of Phenix).
