OpenSolution gets IK Investment Partners as main investor in the company

OpenSolution Group, a Gothenburg, Sweden-based payment solution provider for the Nordics, announced getting into an agreement with IK Investment Partners for selling a majority stake of the equity shares.

The financial details remain undisclosed, and the transaction was made through IK's fund, IK Small Cap, which bought the share package from the founder of the company.

OpenSolution Group, founded and led by CEO Christian Johansson, provides a full service product and software portfolio to its client base, including restaurants, casinos, arenas and other customer verticals. The company covers the entire value chain of payment solutions, making it a single point of contact for 8,000 customers throughout Scandinavia. In 2015, OpenSolution generated revenue of approximately 80 million SEK and employed approximately 30 people.
