Orgnostic in a $5 million seed deal led by Earlybird Ventures.

Orgnostic, a Belgrade, Serbia-based SAAS startup building a people analytics platform, raised $5 million in a seed funding round.

The money was raised from investors led by Earlybird Venture Capital, and joined by Script Capital, South Central Ventures, and a group of angels, including Eric Ries and Tiho Bajic of Lean Startup and LTSE, Rony Kahan - founder of Indeed, and Charlie Songhurst - former Head of strategy at Microsoft and prolific angel investor.

Orgnostic, founded in 2019 by Igor Bogicevic and CEO Luka Babic, builds a platform that primarily helps scale-ups with their people analytics and organizational development decisions based on data. Use cases include ask and answer a range of questions regarding processes, team effectiveness, culture, and leadership, and connect them to an overall business strategy delivery. The tool is integrated with a select number of the most popular HR tools within the SMB segment like BambooHR, Lever, HiBob, Greenhouse, PeopleHR, and Workable.

Orgnostic previously raised $900k in 2020.
