Overture raised $20 million from Khosla Ventures, Rakuten and Felicis Ventures.

Overture Life, a Madrid, Spain-based medical company, announced in the Spanish media that it completed a capital investment round totalling $20 million.

The money was provided by a range of international investors, mainly from USA, including Khosla Ventures, Rakuten, Felicis Ventures and Allen & Co.

Overture Life, founded in 2017 by Santiago Munné and CEO Martin Varsavsky, is a developer of an automation technology created to revolutionizing embryology and focused on automation of in vitro fertilization, involving the commercialization of devices for automated cryopreservation.
