Pactum raised $3 million seed round led by Project A

Pactum, a California, US-based AI platform that automates contract negotiations, has closed a $3 million seed round.

The money was raised from investors led by Berlin-based Project A. DocuSign and other previous investors also participated.

Proceeds will be used to automate contract negotiations with AI.

Pactum, founded in in 2019 by Kaspar Korjus, Kristjan Korjus and Martin Rand, is an AI-based system that helps global companies to automatically offer personalized, commercial negotiations on a massive scale. The system adds value and saves time for both the Pactum client and their negotiation partner by aligning their values to determine win-win agreements via an easy-to-use chat interface that implements best-practice negotiation strategies.
