Parlem Telecom secured EUR 2M via Crowd Angel and private investors from Spain
Parlem Telecom, a Barcelona, Spain-based company providing telecom services for the Catalan market, announced the completion of EUR 1.98 million ($2.2M).
The funding was provided by a range of family offices from Catalunia, which contributed with EUR 1.38 million, as well as via a crowdequity campaign on The Crowd Angel, where it raised about 600k from 235 investors.
Following the deal, the company's main shareholders are founder and CEO Ernest Pérez-Mas, Ona Capital and Inveready, which will control around 59% of the shareholding.
Parlem Telecom, founded in 2014, provides telecommunication services focusing on Catalan market. The company expects to close the year with a turnover of €10.5 million ($11.7M).
