Payr adds Audun Bø as a board member and investor in the company.
Payr, an Oslo, Norway-based company managing a payment platform app enabling consumers to pay invoices, announced in a press release adding Audun Bø as an investor to the company.
Audun Bø, who works for VPS - The Norwegian Central Securities Depository, will also get a seat on the company's board of directors, joining Joachim Krüger, former CTO of mCash, and Kristian Enger, CEO of the Itera Group.
Payr, founded in 2016 by Espen Grimstad (CEO), Åste Laberg and Ola Einang, developed Smart Payments, an online platform for making invoice payments. Smart Payments works like a marketplace for invoices as the tool automatically suggest better deals for the services paid via the service.
The company recently acquired Bedrebest, a Norwegian fintech company managing a financial comparison service.
