Peak raised a $75 million Series C funding round led by new investor SoftBank.
Peak, a Manchester, UK-based software company, announced completing a $75 million series C financing round.
The money was raised from investors led by new investor SoftBank via its Vision Fund 2, with participation from all existing investors, including MMC Ventures, Oxx, Praetura Ventures, Arete and Octopus Ventures.
Peak, founded in 2014 by CEO Richard Potter, David Leitch and Atul Sharma, developed a Decision Intelligence system, CODI, which is a SaaS platform that invokes AI workflows upon ingested data and exposes the results via APIs and built-in UI functionality, as well as abstracting the underlying cloud infrastructure. Peak’s platform is used by retailers, CPG, direct-to-consumer and manufacturing businesses with customers including PrettyLittleThing, KFC, PepsiCo, Marshalls and Speedy Hire.
Peak previously raised $21 million in February 2021 and prior total of roughly $119 million.
