Peak secures $21M in series B funding round led by Oxx.

Peak, a Manchester, UK-based software company, announced that it raised a $21 million Series B funding round.

The money was raised from investors led by venture capital firm Oxx, with participation from existing investors MMC Ventures and Praetura Ventures, and new investor Arete.

Peak, founded in 2014 by CEO Richard Potter, David Leitch and Atul Sharma, developed a Decision Intelligence system, CODI, which is a SaaS platform that invokes AI workflows upon ingested data and exposes the results via APIs and built-in UI functionality, as well as abstracting the underlying cloud infrastructure. Peak’s customer base includes PrettyLittleThing, KFC, PepsiCo, Marshalls and Speedy Hire.

The company says that this round brings Peak’s total funding raised to date to $43 million.
