Pelly Group gets acquired by Segulah
Pelly Group, a Jönköping, Sweden headquartered holding group of companies manufacturing of functional storage components primarily for the kitchen and wardrobe markets, announced getting tinto an agreement with Segulah to become to major owners of the company.
The deal, which has financial details undisclosed involves that Segulah's fund, Segulah V L.P. will acquire Pelly Group AB from Fouriertransform and minority owners. Segulah will appoint Lars Brodd as Chairman of the Board.
Pelly, founded in 1947 and led by CEO Stefan Jarbratt, has just over 300 employees, headquarters in Jönköping (Sweden) with production in Kaunas (Lithuania), Hillerstorp (Sweden) and Nässjö (Sweden). Customers primarily include kitchen and wardrobe manufacturers active on the Nordic market.
Pelly has a turnover of approximately SEK 450M ($60M).
