Plandisc was acquired by Visma

Plandisc, an Aarhus, Denmark-based startup working on a software as a service solution helping companies do better planning, announced that it was acquired by Visma.

FInancial details were not disclosed.

Plandisc was founded in 2012 by by Mads Nielsen, Jørgen Bøndergaard Iversen, Torben Stigaard and Morten Mellergaard Baun with the aim to work on a software solution that helps with planning and follow-up, and give an overall view of the annual organization’s cyclic processes. The company is strong with business traction in the public sector and especially in the municipalities - it has over 75,000 users and has large reputable customers in the public as well as private sector.

Plandisc was previously funded by Brightfolk, and raised funding in 2017 and in 2019.
