Polaroo, a Barcelona, Spain-based startup building a business based on a mobile app aggregating consumer expenses, announced the completion of a capital investment round totalling EUR 1M ($1.1M).

The funding round was provided by a range of investors based in Spain including angel investor Chris Bouwer.

Polaroo, founded in 2017 by entrepreneurs Marc Rovira, David Rovira and Sergio Sánchez, has developed a mobile tool that optimizes and unifies the recurring costs of electricity, water, gas or the Internet for individuals and the self-employed. The app allows clients pay a single invoice per month and that the firm itself manages the payments with the different supplying companies.

Prior to this round, in 2019, Polaroo raised half a million euro.
