Precisely to raise a €1.8 million capital investment round from investors led by Peak Capital.

Precisely, a Gothenburg, Sweden-based software dveloper of a digital contracting platform, announced raising a €1.8 million ($2.2M) capital funding round.

The money was secured from investors led by the Amsterdam, Netherlands-based VC Peak Capital.

Proceeds will be used to expand the team, further develop the product and accelerate international growth.

Precisely, founded in 2014 by CEO Nils-Erik Jansson, developed a digital contracting platform aiming to improve and automate legal processes. Business cases include management of contract workflows for HR, sales, and procurement from customers spanning from SME’s to enterprises, mostly across Europe and in the United States.

Precisely previously raised SEK 3.2M at the end of 2017.
