Pricerunner announced a SEK 370 million capital raise backed by the Swedish investors Creades.
Pricerunner, a Stockholm, Sweden-based digital company running a retail price comparions platform, announced getting into an investment agreement for raising the capital with SEK 370 million ($42.8M).
The money was raised from the local investor from Sweden Creades, which will control 12% of the shares.
Pricerunner was founded in 1999 by Magnus Wiberg, Kristofer Arwin and Martin Alexanderson, which re-acquired the company in 2020.
In 2020, the company produced sales of SEK 398 million ($46.1M), with an operating margin of 35%.
