Propstep secured funding from de Linde Capital and Vækstfonden

Propstep, a Copenhagen, Denmark based startup providing digital solutions for the real estate businesses, announced that it secured a DKK 3M ($474k) capital funding round.

The money was raised from investors from Denmark, including de Linde Capital and Vækstfonden. Proceeds will be used to further accelerate Propstep's momentum in the market for rental of new homes and to develop digital tools for the real estate industry.

Propstep, founded in 2015 by Troels Bødker Feodor Nielsen and Rasmus Brohl, specializes in rental of project homes and newer residential properties for developers, builders and real estate investors.

The company built a digital platform called a Housing Tool, which gives developers a visual overview of their residential properties and helps with the sale of both owner-occupied and rental housing.

Propstep's customers include pension funds as well as private property developers such as NREP, Gefion Group, ELF Development, CW Obel. The platform has over 29,000 home-seeking users.
